The primary aim of NoCodeAIHub is to enrich lives through education. We empower individuals globally to both produce and access educational content (instructors and students, respectively). Our marketplace model is designed to offer our users valuable educational resources in the most effective manner possible. To maintain a secure and conducive environment for all parties involved – you, us, and our community of students and instructors – we have implemented certain regulations. These Terms govern all your interactions and engagements across the NoCodeAIHub website, mobile applications, TV applications, APIs, and any other affiliated services (“Services”).

User Accounts

To fully utilize our platform’s offerings, such as purchasing and accessing content or submitting your own for publication, an account is necessary. When establishing and maintaining your account, it’s vital to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are accountable for all actions associated with your account, including any potential harm caused by unauthorized usage. Thus, safeguarding your password is paramount. Transferring your account or using another person’s account is not permitted. This ensures the integrity and security of our platform for all users.

Content Enrollment and Limited time Access

Upon enrolling in a course or accessing other content, you receive a license from us to view it solely through the NoCodeAIHub Services, with no other permitted uses. Any attempts to transfer or resell the content in any form are strictly prohibited. Typically, we provide a 12-month access license, unless content must be disabled due to legal or policy reasons or for enrollments through Subscription Plans.

As a student, whether you’re accessing free or paid content, your enrollment grants you a license from NoCodeAIHub to view the content exclusively via our platform and Services, with NoCodeAIHub being the official licensor. It’s important to note that the content is licensed to you and not sold. This license explicitly prohibits any form of content resale, including sharing account details with others or illegally distributing the content via torrent sites.

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Upon making a payment, you consent to using a valid payment method. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your content, NoCodeAIHub extends a 7-day window for refunds or credits for most content purchases, subject to the specifications outlined in our refund policy.

The pricing of content available on NoCodeAIHub is determined in accordance with the terms outlined in the Instructor Terms and our Promotions Policy. Depending on your geographical location, the displayed price may already include applicable taxes, or taxes may be added during the checkout process.

If the content you’ve purchased doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the option to request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. NoCodeAIHub retains the right to issue your refund either as a refund credit or back to your original payment method, at our discretion. This determination depends on various factors, including the capabilities of our payment service providers and the platform through which you made your purchase (such as our website, mobile app, or TV app).

Requests for refunds made beyond the 7-day guarantee period will not be honoured. However, NoCodeAIHub reserves the right to extend refunds outside of this timeframe in instances of suspected or confirmed account fraud. For further information, please consult our comprehensive Refund Policy.

Guidelines for Content and Conduct

Your use of NoCodeAIHub must strictly adhere to legal standards. You bear full responsibility for all content you publish on our platform, ensuring it complies with our website policies and respects the intellectual property rights of others. Repeated or severe violations may result in the suspension of your account. If you suspect copyright infringement by another user, please notify us promptly.

As a student, our Services grant you the ability to communicate with course instructors, post reviews, and, in some cases, submit content as part of assignments or assessments. However, it’s crucial to refrain from posting or submitting any content that does not belong to you. This ensures the integrity of our platform and respects the rights of content creators.

NoCodeAIHub’s Rights

NoCodeAIHub possesses ownership of its platform and Services, encompassing the website, current and future applications, as well as various elements such as our logos, API, code, and content crafted by our staff. Unauthorized tampering or usage of these assets is strictly prohibited.

While utilizing the NoCodeAIHub platform and Services, you are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

·       Accessing, tampering with, or utilizing non-public areas of the platform, including content storage, NoCodeAIHub’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our service providers.

·       Disabling, interfering with, or attempting to circumvent any security-related features of the platform, or probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems.

·       Copying, modifying, creating derivative works of, reverse engineering, reverse assembling, or attempting to discover any source code or content on the NoCodeAIHub platform or Services.

·       Accessing or attempting to access our platform through any means other than our provided search functionalities via our website, mobile apps, or API, and refraining from scraping, spidering, using robots, or employing other automated means to access the Services.

·       Utilizing the Services to transmit altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, or interfering with or disrupting the access of any user, host, or network. This includes actions such as sending emails falsely appearing as originating from NoCodeAIHub, or engaging in activities such as overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or any other action that disrupts or burdens the Services.

Conflict Resolution Protocol

NoCodeAIHub is dedicated to employing its utmost endeavors to settle disputes with users through informal means, thereby avoiding the necessity of formal legal claims. In the event of any disagreements, both you and NoCodeAIHub commit to earnestly and in good faith endeavoring to find a mutually satisfactory resolution through the mandatory informal dispute resolution process.
